Cushman & Wakefield, an esteemed real estate brand, sought to introduce Melbco, a new sub-brand for their Victorian Commercial Sales Team. Rooftop’s strategy revolved on positioning Melbco as a distinct gateway to Melbourne’s commercial property market, emphasising a unique tone and an immersive digital experience.

Result

We developed a unique and recognisable sub-brand – “a doorway to Melbourne.” The rebrand combined with their unique tone of voice, backed by a more digital experience, catered to both traditional vendors and the next generation of investors.
